I am a graduate of Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy. I am a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon and am a member of both the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. My experience includes all areas of practice--audits of governmental and non-profit entities, tax, and consulting.

Professional Development I am a member of the AICPA. Accordingly, I am to receive a minimum of 20 hours of qualified Continuing Professional Education hours each year and at least 80 hours over a two-year period. In addition, I am responsible to maintain enough CPE hours to remain certified in the state of Oregon in which I hold a license. I generally exceed the minimum requirements of these monitoring bodies on a yearly basis. Specific education programs regularly attended by myself, include training in generally accepted accounting principals, generally accepted auditing standards, governmental auditing standards, non-profit accounting and auditing issues, inventory valuations, analytical procedures to improve engagement performance, current standards for financial statement presentation and proper disclosure requirements. I require myself to have at least twelve hours each year of continuing education specifically in non-profit accounting and auditing issues.
Consulting Services I have diversified expertise in consulting, profit enhancement, and tax planning, in addition to my audit, review, and compilation services.
